VAT rate for pharmaceutical products will change on 1.1.2026

The change in the VAT rate will have an impact on the prices of Woikoski’s pharmaceutical products subject to VAT from 1.1.2026.

The scope of VAT rates will change from 1.1.2026. Goods and services subject to the reduced rate of 14% VAT will be subject to the reduced rate of 13.5% VAT.

As a result of the decision, the new VAT rate of 13.5% will apply from 1 January 2026 to Woikoski’s medical gas products and medical driving allowances and services, which are now taxed at 14%. The prices of the products excluding VAT will remain unchanged. The time of supply of the products will determine the VAT rate to be applied.
