Prescription
Woikoski Medical delivers the medicinal acid to the customer’s home according to the doctor’s prescription. A valid prescription is required before delivery.
Your doctor may prescribe medicinal acid either:
- Kela’s SV1 form, or
- As a prescription by telephone, which can be given to a Woikoski Medical customer service pharmacist on 045 788 15403. The prescription is valid for three months.
Please note that medicinal acid cannot be prescribed by e-prescription.

Ordering liquid oxygen equipment
The liquid oxygen devices enable patients to lead independent and active lives. We offer home tanks of 20, 36 and 45 litres of liquid acid and a wide range of portable liquid acid devices. They are delivered to the customer’s home at an agreed time. Woikoski Medical offers all new users of our liquid acid equipment a training course on how to use the equipment. We aim to provide training within 1-2 working days of delivery of the tank. The instruction will be given by a Woikoski Medical employee who is a healthcare professional.
Ordering medical oxygen bottles
Medical oxygen bottles can be used as a mobility aid if the need is infrequent and the periods of use are not long. They also serve as a back-up for mains-powered oxygen concentrators. Instructions on how to use the bottle will be provided with the order.
Ordering a mobile oxygen concentrator device
With the battery-powered portable portable oxygen concentrator, shopping and other daily errands go smoothly. Instructions on how to use the Portable Oxygen Latte are supplied with your order.

All order forms can be downloaded from this page. Download the order form of your choice and fill in all the required fields. Then send the saved order form and a valid prescription to our customer service.

Within 1 day of receiving your order, the Home Care Customer Service Pharmacist will call you to make practical arrangements, such as the delivery date and any orientation. We will also be happy to help you with any questions you may have about home care!
Once we have received your order, we will send you an information pack. The information pack will contain, among other things:
- Safety advice for the use of medicinal acid in the home
- Medicinal acid package leaflet
- Guidance, Applying for Kela reimbursements for pharmaceutical appliance purchases
- Kela’s SV178 form for claiming reimbursement for medication costs
- Medicinal acid sticker to be glued to the exterior door
- Information on driving days in your place of residence

Kela reimbursements for pharmaceutical appliance purchases
The medicine cabinet and equipment rentals are covered by Kela’s basic reimbursement. Kela pays a 40% reimbursement for the rent of the medicine cabinet and equipment once the initial liability of €70 has been met. There is no initial liability for persons under 18 years of age. The initial liability and the cost of the medicine dispenser will contribute to Kela’s annual medicine liability or medicine cap. In 2026, the annual prescription drug ceiling will be €636,12. Once the drug ceiling has been met, bills can be sent directly from Woikoske to Kela through the proxy procedure.
