What is AWO Cryogenic medical oxygen?
The AWO medical oxygen contains oxygen, which is administered through inhalation air by means of equipment used for this purpose. The liquid medical oxygen AWO is packaged in a cryogenic container containing only pure liquid oxygen (cooled to about -180 ºC). Cryogenic means refrigerated. The oxygen is in liquid form during storage and transport. When administered to the patient, the oxygen is in gaseous form. Gaseous oxygen is colourless and odourless.

AWO increases the amount of oxygen in the blood (increases the oxygen content) and promotes the transport of oxygen to all tissues in the body.

What does AWO Cryogenic medical oxygen contain?
The active ingredient in Medicinal Acid AWO is 100% oxygen. It contains no other substances.
