What is AWO Medical Air used for?

Medical Air AWO is used to replace normal air if you need particle-free air, for example:
– as part of a fresh gas flow in respiratory therapy and/or anaesthesia
– as a propellant for other inhaled drugs (nebulisation therapy)
– as clean air in the treatment of patients susceptible to infections, such as organ or cell transplantation or extensive burns.

The package leaflet is intended for the user of the medicine. It contains information about the use of the medicine, its purpose and possible side effects. Package leaflets are available in Finnish and Swedish.
